Default Wheel shimmy at idle speed only

2004 bravo 3 smooth at speed and shimmy in wheel at idle speeds. What do you think is the problem?

The boat belongs to a friend of mine. Yes it has hyd steering. It is a 04 rinker 27' cuddy B-3. One other note he said. He was churning mud going on plane b4 this started. Curled ear maybe? Happened late last night and hasnt looked at the props yet

Probably not external hydraulic steering, correct?

Sounds like a bent prop.
