Default changing outdrive fluid

Went to help a friend change out his drive fluid . looked all over the lower end and could not find a drain plug . On my bravo one drives there is a screw on the front of the lower end of the drive to drain the fluid. I looked all over his drive and there is no place on the lower end to drain the fluid. So do we have to drill and tap the lower end or are we missing something.

Bravo I bottom side (6 oclock) of Propshaft but of course U have to remove the prop 1st. Bravo III's not behind the prop, its on the side like the alpha's. Also all Volvos 2007 SX and up outdrives went to behind the prop like the Bravo I. FYI
