They are out there on the interweb. Check out iboats, service book 11 should be there in pdf.

Mercury shut down all the manuals on iboats again yesterday. Luckly I copied them all on a memory stick a couple month's ago.

There are som Mercury and Mercruiser manuals on Boatinfo, and most mercury service bulletins can be found on that site as well.
