mercury launched these right around the time of the six dry sump...
they are a combination of a six upper and an NXT lower... project was scrapped and the NXT is the result.... I'm only to assume parts will be an issue

Razor is right you want prop speed to go fast whit diesels but also want to get on plane that s why the use 2 speed transmissions

The gimbles are worth about 12,000. for a pair.

I personally don't think they are "worth" $12,000.

The gimbles are 12,000.00 each new.About 6,000. each used.
