Im purchasing a Low Water PU Housing I think it a Sportsman, I was wondering if I can put the guts of a regular 98 Bravo Lower Unit?

Are the guts the same?

Guts aren't the same. The sport master has different gears and an 1 1/4 prop shaft. The std parts will bolt directly into a sport master housing as long as the housing isn't a -2.
