Default Throttle trim

I RECENTLY BOUGHT A BOAT WITH TWINS IN IT AND IT HAS HAD I WOULD ASSUME TRIM FOR DRIVES PUT ON THROTTLE AND IT WAS WIRED INTO THE BACK OF THE INDIVIDUAL SWITCHES ON THE DASH AND NOW THE SWITCHES IN THE DASH NO MATTER WHICH ON IS PUSHED BOTH DRIVES RAISE AT THE SAME TIME AND NOT INDEPENDENTLY. IM SURE THERE IS A CORRET WAY TO WIRE THE THROTTLE TRIM SWITCH. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

first, turn off the caps. there is no need to yell. second it is missing the diode kit.

the diodes allow the two dash switches to connect to the single throttle switch without back feeding from switch to switch.

Spend the money and have throttles built with dual trim switches rather than single, ditch the dash switches altogether and you'll never look back. Being able to trim both motors at once with your thumb and then tweaking either one without ever letting go of the throttles and trying to figure which dash switch top bottom to push.
