Default Water in oil on XR drive

Hey all I just did the annuals and one of my drives had somewhat milky color with the oil as it drained. Not totally milky but a small consistent amount.
Any common failure to first identify and go after?
I looked for fish line etc. didn't see anything like that.
Thanks very much in advance.
