Default Bravo XR's with ITS Boxes, Removing Steering Rams

Has anyone removed their steering rams on the ITS setup? I have a blown seal on my port outboard ram and wondered how to remove it. I unbolted the plate with the small stud on it but it won't budge. Do you need a puller for this. I am going to thread a bolt in the center hole and go at it with a slide hammer but wanted to make sure how it came apart before I did any damage to it. Thanks!
