I am in the process of replacing my bravo upper swivel pin using the JR Marine kit. I can not remove the lower pin. Does the litter pin just get knocked out from the top to the bottom? The pin will not budge. I tried heat with no luck. I am soaking it with penetrating oil now. I just want to make sure I am doing it right. I don't want to break anything.

Also do they sell a spacer that replaces the arm the the steering goes to? I installed external hydraulic steering and no longer need the arm.
