Default Drive got hot

Wonder if Neo gear oil or a drive shower would have helped?

All joking aside, this is a simply amazing and sad photo. The boat, a early-mid 2000's 230 Crownline bowrider, was mint. Belongs to a friend of a friend's sister and was tied up with us once this summer.

Anyone ever wondered what would happen to your drive if you slammed it into reverse after going foward at WOT for a few miles ? Well, stop wondering.
