Default Replacing XR cone clutch

I am replacing cone clutches on two XR drives, is it recommended to replace the upper and lower thrust bearings at the same time?

I would change them while it is apart, it is low cost insurance.

I agree if you have some to replace with great but as long as the thrust bearings are smooth rolling, and you've cleaned them they should be fine.
