Default Bravo Sport Master Shorties and Drive Showers Effective?

The question is whether or not a drive shower is effective when on plane with a Bravo Sport Master outdrive running as a surface drive? Since the prop would only be half in it seams to me that you wouldn't have any water at the pickup. I watched some videos on youtube of Arnason drives running and it seams to back up my theory. Has anyone videoed this from the transom to see? I couldn't find any on Youtube.

Here is a great video, this is a stern drive but not a bravo. Either way you bring up a good point. My Imco SC uppers pull the water from the water pick up in the lower to feed the showers. Are you running transom pick ups?

You're going to tear up some props running a bravo style prop as a surfacing deal.

I have wondered this also, I added drive showers but not the lower fed style. Really don't know if they are doing anything.
