I was a beta tester for Merc for the VV mobile.
I used it a bit last year. It's ok. I guess it would be awesome if you didn't have any other way to display smartcraft data, but I also have a Vessel View 702 and my Fusion stereo also displays NMEA2k data, so I don't really have a need for that same data to be replicated on my phone. It's got some neat features that the helm mounted vessel view doesn't have though.
