Opinions on 30' Daytona with Outboards

Anyone owned a daytona with outboards? any plus's or minus's to em? Im looking at a 30' with twin 300EFI's on it. Im just not sure about the outboards. I do my boating at Lake of the Ozarks. Obviously the 30 will handle the rough stuff better than my lil 25 but any other thoughts?

I have 27 1988 Daytona which is same hull as present 28 with 2004 300x's. Boat runs 90 mph max. 30 should not be much faster. My boat runs beautifully as a fast family cruiser.

Did you drive it? seems like a lot of boat for two 300's- there's a new one in Ft Smith with trips- looks good, opens the cockpit- truth is, I'd rather run my Pantera on your lake than my 25 or 30, unless you cherrypick the days and avoid the bigger cruiser slop. We'll have to get together in my 30 once I get it tweaked in.

Is it Orange? The only one I remember I asked about last year and got about the same responses........80ish speed, too much boat for HP, better choices out there, kinda stuff.

What kind of money do they want for it???
Also keep in mind the newer boats are usually alot lighter than the 80's boats!!
Any chance you could post a picture or 2?? I'm looking for just that type or rig!!
