380 eagle seat or bolster?

Is this boat set up to run while in a seated position as a oppossed to the more common bolster standing position? The seats appear more carlike than bolsters. Thanks

Boatless and Looking :)
Is sit down. I know that the older 38's were stand-up or sit-down but the canopies appear to force you to sit. I have driven an older 38 and can confirm as sit or stand. I have not driven the canopied 38. If you are looking at the boat on yachtauctions it's a great find and a great price. I see the minimum bid is 150...that's a steal. Let us know what you decide!!!
