That is a very good friend of mine and he has been waiting for this moment for a long time. Greg has ran at LOTO for several years in his Daytona 26. They are 600ci running at 1700hp on the dyno. They just finished the engines this week and haven't had time to dial it in yet, so to run 174 out of the shop is awesome. He said the GPS was at 180mph, but the radar is the time you have to go by.

owner2124, I can't wait for LOTO either, because Greg should have tme to get things dialed in by then. I know I will be there to help, as I know you have been in the past.
Rockie!

Sorry, couldn't resist...

Crazy speeds. I'm envious. I know the hull on my boat doesn't start to really fly until 110mp-115-mph....I would love to see how that power would feel in my boat.

Rock on Greg...making us Elim owners proud.

Tough to beat that one...standing start mile run...Bob's 36' Speedster(1200 Merc's) ran 169 in Parker..under much different (smoother) conditions...
Most of the boats in the Shootout were 20+ below their "long run best", so Olsen's got more available, just incredible...
