First of all, 13 Eliminators is a lot (allegedly). I have only owned 2 Eliminators. Second, and hear me out....I'm not taking sides, but when you say you "run" these dealers, I'm skeptical. I mean, if you "run" 2 dealerships, you should be able to spell and communicate a little better. The reason I say this is that some types of guys tend to "abuse" their boats a little, and maybe leave them outside, etc. There are ALOT of them around here. Then, they expect Bob to magically come out of pocket and fix everything. I mean, I blew up my $14,000 drive but that's cuz it had 1000 HP behind it, and 150 hours. It's called WEAR AND TEAR. I didn't blame Bmax, I just spent the 4 grand it cost to fix it. If you want to spend NO money on maintenance, then just buy a nice pontoon and deal with going 15 MPH. Also, if YOU ran your dealership like you expect Bob to run Eliminator, you would ALSO be out of business, because I doubt SERIOUSLY if you would replace a customers paint job on his 2003 Taurus if it faded (they all do) or the alternator died at 36,500 miles (out of warranty). And what makes you think that the canopies on the DCB boats are any better? They are ALL made out of the same 1/4 inch Polycarbonate using the SAME technique, and if you clean them right and don't leave them outside, you will be fine. The ONLY thing that wouldn't haze, scratch, or fade would be tempered glass, which would also weigh around 100 lbs each, and be super dangerous. And Besides, what the H@#@ does a GLASS company know about the torque spec for an Eliminator canopy?? Could it be that Cruiser wake you hit going 90 that made it crack? Hmmm??? In short, you come on here bashing Eliminator, but you have owned 13 of them? I have had a couple problems with the sales staff and service myself, but as far as the product goes, Eliminator IS the original and has an above average product. And Shuemann can usually get the shizz fixed if you act professionally, announce that you have owned 13 boats, and prove it. In summary...........
