What's it worth?

Our family has a 1988 23 ft Daytona Tunnel Hull with a single Johnson GT 300 V8 on the back. This boat was custom built for us, has 7 color gel coat , excellent condition, custom trailer, about 600 hours. Engine gone through tuned, lower unit rebuilt. 60mph boat fresh water- michigan. Debate in family is sell or take to Florida/Naples. I think it is worth about $ 10-12k. Would have to rack store in Florida- we have a hoist on the canal but saltwater environment is tough on boats on a constant basis.
