Pete if I remember right he said your first boat ran 134? Cant remember about the second one, how did they both run? I do remember him saying both had great acceleration!

The second one had 740hp and would run 129/130 I played with drive height props, thats all I could get it to do. seems like the 40 extra hp would have made it the faster boat but it wasn't. It may have been in the hull layup (I bought the first one used and was never told that it was light).
I would expect that if your making 700hp it should run 130 on most any day.
The boat feels great at 100 to 120 after that you can tell you are really hooked up.
They both would accelerate very well.
I liked the whippled boat better.

What drives and prop were your running? What was the peak power RPM of your motors?
