Default 28 vs 30 Daytona

Ive decided my next boat will be a cat and I really like the Daytona, but am trying to figure out which one I should buy. I can probably afford 05'-07' model with HO's. Will I gain a lot by going with the 30 over the 28? (twins in both)

I have a 2003 30, good friend has 2000 28. We both have bowriders. 30 is only 2 ft longer but take the big waves a lot better. The 28 has more room inside but I think that is because I have an iniside liner. I have spent many hrs in both boats.

Bottom line, go with the 30

Thanks for the feedback. I've always thought bigger was better, but wasn't sure if 2 foot would matter that much. I boat at LOTO the most and taking on bigger waves is a plus there

30 over the 28 for sure. most 30's also have extension boxes so its like free extra length lol
