31 Excalibur "Maltese Falcon"

I saw it in a boat yard, I think it can be had for a pretty good price, it needs everyy thing,, what would you guys say its worth?

31 with teak decking.

I'm a little late on this reply, but if he paid you $70K to take the boat, I believe you could break even in the end
