Fred, not it is not the orginal rub rail i replaced it with new vinly rub rail i cut all the ends at a 45 degree angle so u can't really tell where the seems are u have to really look hard to find them... this is my "baby" i am taking a long time to make it the way i want i have all new pop up clets coming for it also.. as far as the dash goes my plans are to cut the orginal area out and replace it with a flat one putting all the gauges on a single plane and half rounded... thats the next big thing to do to it...

gottime, i took the original smoked cover and just painted it.it is flat and the guages fit well with bezels.did the same with the rest of the dash area(glove box and cabin door).this changed the look completely.removed the cabin wood and made a flat plexiglass door,with a track on top and bottom.paint covers alot!god luck and looks good so far.i'll try to post some pics...

Hey guys thanks for the info.. my excalibur has a plexiglass door to the cabin already and has a plexiglass glove box door also.. i would love to see the pics but my membership ran out if you could send them to my e mail screen name i would appreciate it very much my e mail is [email protected] thanks alot guys
