WOW great thread!!!! Lot of reading but great job. I know who to call if I ever need my transom replaced. I'm currently repowering my rig and am sealing everything up that wasn't done at the factory...Can you believe they didn't seal up the transom cutouts nor the holes? Thankfully my seal never leaked on my Gimbal assembly so the wood is dry and no rot, but talk about cutting corners I guess these boat companies wanna make sure they keep selling boats by letting the older ones rot out.
