about half way down this page are some poly foam sheets that shape easy and can be glassed over. I have a local industrial insulation warehouse that can get me the exact same thing quite a bit cheaper, you may want to check with some of the suppliers in your area. What are you working on?

http://www.fibreglast.com/showproduc...sFoam-156.html

if its a structural piece theres always Coosa as well, stringers or bulkheads.

I have taken 2 part foam and poured it in a box, let it expand and dry and then used that to make parts. Works very well.
