Good job, looks very good, do you guys have anymore pics of the projects. I am going to tear into mine in December. I have a building to work on it in so I can work on it through the winter. Looks like I better stock up on Diesel fuel for the Turbo heater. Did anyone every look into Azek board, it will not rot and is strong. It comes in 4x8 sheets, 1x12's and smaller sizes. I used it for my house trim, 2 years in the weather and still looks brand new. You can even power wash it.

I also went with the marine plywood. All the ext wood looked like crap with tons of knots. Of course after I bought the wood, Menards got a new shipment of the Acurapy (sp). That stuff actually looked almost just as good as the marine wood and at 1/2 the cost.
Through all my researching, I kept on reading that there is no special marine glue. Same as the exterior glue. Main difference is the marine grade uses the same type of wood thoughout and has no voids. All the knots are cut out and inserted with the footballs with a limit to the number of them per sheet or within a given amount of area.
Odd how many of the transom replacements in this thread alone are Baja.
