This is how my engines looked when I bought her. I am now in the process of completely redoing everything. I started this thread mainly for ideas, so far it's looking good. Keep em coming!

Thanks Guys- !

Keep it up 502- itll get there.

VV- thanks and...

I noticed something while drooling at your rig (again)
Sorry if Im asking you to repeat, but I quickly scanned your build page again and didn't see an explanation.....On the port engine you've got a purple cannister on your port engine that on page 39 is clear, It looks like a sand filter I had that I used when I had a blown intercooled 540 I had-but I dont think so.... Youve only got one and it doesn't look like its plumbed to water- is that an oil accumulator, some giant powers steering fluid reservoir?

whatever it is- its a cool piece of hardware for sure.

The rest of the riders that day- that day I had these two in the ride as well- between the pipe cleaning and them- it was a great day.....
Check out the smokin hot Keller sisters- I also like the "hair venturi"

DD is correct Power steering. When you have two engines only one of them carrying the power steering. That is the engine that will break. Now the long trip back on one engine and no Power steering. Uncle Dave most reservoirs are clear untill you add oil to them then they turn the color of the oil, in this case a mistic red. Like a glass or soumpen when you pour wine in it... I have the same for the drives on each side, I have two drives, "one for the each of ya". Heee!
