Default filling in small holes on transom and outside what to use

Im almost finished getting off the bottom paint,
so that means im pretty close to doing the paint on the boat

Im not too familiar with fiberglass so I need to need exactly what product will work for me

I want to fill in some small holes in the back of the transom, where the old swim platform was mounted to
Im putting a different setup on there that does not use the old holes

I also need to fill in a few small holes on the deck where the stock horns were
and a few small holes on the deck where the stainless rail for the front was mounted through

Im not putting the horns back in the same spot and Im not putting the railing back on in the front either I like the way the boat looks without it

so what product do you recommend to use,
this is pretty much the last thing I need to take care of before I can lay the new paint on the boat
thanks
