Well its been a while and I've done quite a bit on the boat. heres an update.(with pics)
I sold my old exhaust and silent choise exhaust and I bought these emi thunder exhaust and risers and I will be taking the exhaust out the side of the boat.I removed the deck rails(they will not be put back on) I also removed all the cleats and tie offs on the deck, removed all the cockpit cover snaps, removed the vents from the rear sides, the lights on the side of the boat, also removed all the rub rail(aluminum) Then I have now got a round rasp bit and drilled out all the cockpit cover snap holes and all the other holes in the boat to get rid of the small cracks, then sanded around them with a 60grit pad. I also removed the gas fill necks and measured where the new tanks under the deck were located and drilled hole directly on top of them so the gas fill necks will be placed in the middle of the boat. I have now filled the old gas fill neck holes with fiberglass like glassdave had posted a thread "filling dash holes" and also started filling the deck holes where the rails were located. also all the guages are removed. just a few more things to do and she'll be off to paint.( hopefully within 2 weeks) heres a few pics.(i think it looks 10 times better with no rails on the deck and I'm also no replacing the front deck cleats.)

Another update... All the "body" work is DONE!!!!! I've cut the holes for the side exit exhaust and ALL the holes and body work that needed to be done is complete. Here are a few pics of what it looks like now. I'm now awaiting the phone call from my painter as he is making room for my boat. It will be off by this weekend! I cant wait!!!!!
