Repainting 400 ss Formula

I have a 2003 400 ss with imron painted hullsides. Prior to my ownership, it looks as though the boat has been touched up numerous times on both sides. You can notice sanding marks, overspray, and blending marks. There are a couple dock scratches to repair, but no other fiberglass/gel coat issues. Trying to get a ball park figure of the cost to have the boat repainted. Any help would be appreciated.

The whole boat or just rubrail down? Ball park numbers for the rubrail down to the hard chine (at my shop anyway) would be in the 6-7K range. The whole boat 14-15K range single color. Strictly off the top of my head anyway, looked at a few pics in the classifieds.
