Acetone and purple power didn't touch the stains. I will try the works and the on/off cleaner. The brulin stuff seems a little harder to obtain but I may go that route if the other things don't work.

Any other ideas out there?

FSR (Fiberglass stain remover) which is available at any boat shop. It comes in a small blue tub and is the "miracle worker" IMO. Just wipe it on and wait about 10 seconds--any stains or grime will disolve and leave your hull bright white--it couldnt be easier--no scrubbing!
Wash and wax and your done!
Been using this stuff for years and it never fails to amaze me.

I too have used that product (FSR )with good results. But spray on and hose off a couple of times is easier to me but may not completely get ride of different types of harsh stains.

Use on/Off full strength, hose down the trailer first with water just in case you get the acid on it. I use a chemical sprayer to apply the on/off let it set 2-3 minutes but do not lt it dry, use a soft brush on a broom handle lightly and hose it off. toss the brush when done it will be trashed. if that does not work nothing will...
Good luck

Oh yea, I forgot. I also tried Muratic acid and that didn't take it off either. I am afraid that I am going to be stuck using the buffer upside down on my back. Any suggestions on the easiest way to buff the bottom of the boat?

I would try either on/off, and make sure you soak the trailer first, also, you would be amazed at what roll off and a magic eraser can do. we tow a 40 foot inflatable behind the yacht I work on, and it is covered in in diesel exhaust from long trips, and I have found the magic eraser and roll off work pretty well, but we have a serious arsenal of harsh **** if need be.
