Default Caulk Cleaner?

The caulk between my deck and hull has some mildew and dirt spots. I was planning on removing it all and re caulking it but before I did that I was wondering if there is a cleaner product I should try first?

Thanks,
Jerry

Atwood hull cleaner helps, and sun bleaching out the rest of the stain. If you recaulk maybe you could find a caulk with fungicide.
