Default Paint over powdercoat

I had the K-Planes on my boat stripped and powdercoated several years ago and it has lasted fine except the finish has faded. There are no chips or peeling. Can I simply paint over the powdercoat?

YES,..... I did this several years ago on a previous boat,

They had lots of pitting and corrosion, so I powder coated
first then block sanded them,........ then painted with Imron.

I know the gentleman that owns the boat and they still look great.
Did the work over 10 years ago,.... keep in mind since I bought
it,.. its been in fresh water.

Also I completly stripped, sandblasted etc. When I did all the work to them.
