How to keep resin from curing/sticking to roller?
Just curious if there is a way to keep resin from curing/clogging the rollers? I try dipping it in acetone but it doesn't help. Am I mixing the resin to hot if it sticks? The rollers aren't cheap, and I go thru a couple on each project. Any simple solutions???
Thanks!

Epoxy, Vinyl or Poly?
If you don't get it all off take a rosebud torch to it. It'll melt and burn off the resin so you can reuse it again. Before using it, take a wire wheel to it to get all the soot off.

you cant just let it sit in acetone! when ur done with it put on some rubber gloves get a scrub brush and start cleaning? The roller will come off the handle and you can flush acetone down the hole! sounds to me like you are mixing your resin too hot and you dont have enough time for clean up! Your hardner should only be 1.8 %. So if you have 200 milliliters of resin, you will only need 3.6 milliliters of hardner! Do not over-catalyze or under-catalyze -- you may ruin the resin and have to start again. This will only cause further problems
