Default blistering on botton

i have blistering in bottom where some have chipped and was woundering if i leave in water for a couple weeks if it will cause more damage want to take it on vaction and floot behind house boat

if it is open glass where the blistering chipped i wouldn't put it in and leave it, go to west marine and get some marine tex and seal it with that and then wet sand it ...glass is pores and will drew water up like a wick so you need to seal it up! hope this helps
