Default Refinishing drives

I have a pair of bravos I'm going to repaint and epoxy a new nosecone on they do have a little pitting on the gimble rings what is the best product to use for filling those Pitts. I have heard many products looking for the longest lasting.

Sandblast , spray PPG DP Epoxy , you can use Evercoat metal to metal to fair in the nose cone , spray 2 coats let dry for a day and sand with 320/400 use PPG Concept single stage as for the ring same thing but just spray epoxy 2 coats and sand you cut through or didn't fill pits spray 2 more coats till smooth and no cut throughs

Does the entire drive need to blasted to bare metal of can you spot blast and feather?

The epoxy primer will fill in the rest. Spot blasting should be fine.
