Default fiberglass work on 40fter in cold

anyone know of a place that would be able to handle doing fiberglass work on a 40 ft boat and trailer is 50 ft in length in the cold. have a friend that needs some stringers repaired (delaminating) and paint bilge white bt we can find anyone that has a facility large enough to do it. there are no motors or transmissions in the boat. looking for somewhere around philadelphia pa.

These guys are really good. We send all of our really picky stuff to them. And they can easily handle something that big. I believe the name of the business recently changed, but all of the same folks are still there.
