Actually, that bowing in the picture with the red level is from the compression of the inner and outer assemblies squeezing the rotten wood!

I would recommend raising the x if the bravos and alphas are the same length. Measure the alpha from prop to driveshaft.

Still removing and labeling but almost done. Hopefully, I can start the fiberglass work just as summer kicks in! Notice the corrosion on the gimbal; now I know why the boat almost sank at the ramp.

Looks like the culprit was the after market trim tabs and exhaust pipes.

use the corebond stuff... its great... and buy a full face respirator... now... Actually if I were to do it again, I wouldn't do it without a supplied air setup... but thats just me.
sparky24 you were right; I purchased the full face respirator and after two evenings od grinding and cutting there is no itchy face! thank you!

Do I need to be worried about how hull is supported on trailer now that I have removed transom and rear stringers?

This is wet wood that was removed by hand!

Starboard, center and port stringer removed.

Over all stringers solid except for ends.

You need to worry about how the hull is supported when you glass it back together.
