I've got an old Mirage and the dash has cracked and peeled back to the fiberglass. Any recommendations on repair? Definitely wanting to fix this myself as my boating budget is dwindling due to other repairs and upgrades to this beast.

Is that like some kind of old vinyl dash wrap?

It's a gel coat I am told.

It looks like your going to need to grind/ sand the thing down to fiberglass. Then rebuild with some fiberglass and strengthen where needed. Then you can paint, gel coat, or wrap. The correct repair is not cheap, fast, or easy. And most of all it will be very itchy
