Blower Hose Question

Im putting in new blowers and hose, where do these two hoses go and will 10ft be enough or should I buy 20 to be safe? I think one goes somewhere under the motor? I have no idea when I bought this thing my dad had taken them out for whatever reason

The intake needs to be as low as possible in the bilge.

Thanks, Should Both Of Them Be Down There? They Should Both Be Pulling The Air Out Right? DOWN BY THE DRAIN PLUG? OR MORE UNDER THE ENGINE?
