Does anyone know this boat?

This 311 SR1 has been owned by someone in the Michigan area, does anyone from there know this boat? Or has seen it? Or even have some usefull information about it?

I personally dont know that much about the boat, I think the engines were rebuilt by Bullet Engines back in the beginning of year 2000. It seems like the previous owner spent more than $50.000 on upgrades and stuff over the last 5 years (i´ve seen a couple of repair orders...).

Any information is good information!

Thanks/ Freddan

(I´m thinking of buying the boat, thats why I ask.)

50K worth of upgrades??????

Shoulda spent a few grand on buffing those hull sides. Dash looks pretty trashed too. I don't see 50 grand in the engine bay.

I don't know man, if the pics look that bad then it's gonna look worse in person. Pictures always make things look better.

Don't be dropping any high dollars on that one, looks like a fixer-upper to me.

Just my .02.

Re: Does anyone know this boat?

Thanks the input TB!

50K seems insane I know, I couldnt see that for myself in the pictures.

The price is good and Im gonna have someone do an inspection of the boat before I go any further.
I´m not afraid of upgrading so this could hopefully be a decent deal. But we´ll see what happens...

Re: Does anyone know this boat?

If the engines were rebuilt, why are the intake manifolds different?

Good catch!!! I didn't notice that.

Just another reason to steer clear unless it's a steal.
