I doubt that you have a fuel delivery issue. Is there a water seperator in the system? Check that. I would replace all the filters if you have not it is cheap enough to do. When you do look for water in the bottoms of the old ones. What kinds of carbs do you have? Motors? If you have holly's then check your fuel pump accellorator. Have you ever back fired the motors? Check the gap on your plugs.
Make sure it is not electrical. Measure voltage at your coil with the motor not running, then running at idle, then at higher RPM's.
