There are trim set screws in the top of the fuel sender. You have to read the instructions and fallow them to a T of it will not work.

Also make sure that you have it set to the correct heigh above the bottom of the fuel tank. You can loosen the sender and lift it to make sure that it is working properly.

Well, this is becoming really frustrating. I went through the trouble shooting points. No go. Pulled and re-installed....no go. Called Livorsi and walked through it with them....they sent me another sender.
Tonight I tried the new sender.....still can't get it to work.
ARRRRGGGG!!!!!

So, reading really carefully, I calibrate for empty (out of tank).....well, my needle is moving opposite of what their directions are calling for. Set it for empty anyways. Drop in tank. No movement of needle. Use calibration screw to set it at full (I know my tank is full.)
Pull sender part way out.....no gauge movement.
Pull sender completely out.....should read at my empty setting....no movement off of full.
Intentionally attach send and ground wires backwards....nope.

I give up. Anyone have any ideas? Audiofn??
Is it possible that my gauge is not a 0-90ohm? It's the original '89. (so it shouldn't be 240-33)
At this point, I'm ready to stick a cork in the hole in the tank and pull it out and check fuel level with a dipstick
