centerfield,

I know of a 91' 292 w/502's, new drives that will be going to market in the next couple weeks. The older SR-1's are actually a little larger. It sits on a triple axle trailer. PM if interested.

centerfield,, that boat in maryland, grasonville? if its a 95 ask in for the survey,,read closely ,, also note NO fresh water flush kits .......so how did they flush it,, that 92 in CT I think that boat has 454's and was called assasin just sold within the past yr and appears to be for sale again,,,,just things I found in my search.......gave up eveyone wanted too much for the condition,,, bought a 34 Vyper instead,,,, OK so its not a formula but its got a more user friendly cabin and headroom,, more room at the helm (behind the steering wheel}..... love mine twin hp500's 78mph gonna try some labbed 28's next yr like to see 80. Don't get me wrong the 336 is a really nice boat

centerfield,

I will check out the boat in Portland toward the end of next week and take some pictures. I will attempt to verify the info from the last post.

just to clarrify

the 336 is not a 311
similar in length, but the 336 has much more freeboard, therefore a deeper cabin. the windshield is much more forward that the 311, and the sunpad is much larger

not knocking the 311 at all , one of the best formulas prolly ever built, but the 336 is quite different in my opinion. both great boats

i looked hard for 3 years to replace my 272 and just recently bought a 336

not many for sale because the owners like them so much maybe

in 95, formula added a notch in the transom to improve performance, and 96 was the last year, replaced by the 353 ( not much longer) and with less freeboard, but added stepped hull

my boat rides very level and crushes waves with the tabs down.
