I sent an e-mail to formula yesterday nignt, for info on measurements.

They once again answered really quickly. it's the second or third time I asked questions thru their website and always get a super customer service... So here are the info (answer I got) if ever someone else were wondering! They even took the time to go '' on the line '' to have the answer!

HI Jeff,
We asked our engineering group if they had the measurements that you were looking for, and they did not, so we actually had to go out to the assembly line to get the measurements for you. Unfortunately we did not have a 382 on the line that we can get the measurements for. There is one being built, but it will be a week or so until it is in the stage for the interior to be put in. We did however find a 353 on the line, and here is what we found out. The lounge in the 353 is 45" wide at the forward end, 67" long and 54" wide at the aft end. The vberth is 16" wide at the nose of the boat, 72" long and 54" wide at the aft. We hope that this helps. Please let us know if you would still like the measurements from the 382 and we will get them next week sometime.

Regards,

I can't wait to see the size of the 382, that will make me settle on wich model I have to choose!

Thanks again at Formula!

BTW: Other than overnighters or occasional weekends, last summer the family took one LONG trip together. We did 5 days/5 nights on the 382 with the wife and 3 kids!!!!! It was tight but they loved it.

Jeff if your looking at 382s i had a 95 that had a cabin similar to yours, dad had a 2000 fastech and the cabin was and felt smaller from different construction, the newer didn't have the big space behind the lounge cushions and the side ,we overnight ed and had a lot of stuff in that area we have 2 boys and ran out of room quick
