Pics of gen

Pic of gen setup. Majicfloat said that it was added on by owner.

It is my favorite part of boat along with air conditioning.

Definitely an add-on, as mine sits in the center, partially under the rear seat. I assume that there is nothing under the port side access panel that you need to reach? (I have sea strainers underneath...)

Nice to have an "A/C break" from time to time (and all night) during the summers, isn't it?

I sure would like to have a gen on my mine. Could you set up a Honda gen in the same area and make it portable to put in and out as needed? Where would you vent the exhaust out to? Can't quite see where his exhaust hose runs to.

My generator was dealer installed at Sun County Marine in the same location. It is larger than the factory genset @ 6500 KW. Just put it back in the boat after resolution of some on-going engine problems, so I don't know it the boat will list due to the weight distribution. Would love to trade for the smaller factory gen that I could put in the center under the rear bench.
