Need help pricing this boat..No motor or drive

What is it worth?

1996 280SS, no motor or drive. Boat is spotless and ultra clean, inside and out. Has moisture in the transom and the owner was told the transom needs to be replaced. Nothing is visible, I guess this is from a moisture meter and a hammer test.

No motor, no drive, wet transom, pushing 13 years old and a used market that's in the tank.....

We've got mint, turn-key '88-'96 F303s, 357s, etc that are only fetching $30-45K. I'm putting $18K on it, maybe.
