formula 312 trim?

I have a 2002 formula 312, the drives will not raise or lower. Is it a possibility my switches went bad and if so how do I trouble shoot that? the trim tabs still work, should i try those switches? Any info would help!

If both drives do not go up or down, something common to both is wrong. Most likely not the switches. I'd look at the circuit breakers for the drive trim pumps.
