Default Dim Guage Lights '87 242

The dash lights in my '87 242 are really dim. Is it possible to install a brighter bulb or is there something else that I should check out.... I have the VDO guages.

Take one of the bulbs out and see if it has a cover on it. Usually there was a red condom on the bulb to diffuse the light. Remove it or change the bulbs.

Plus check you main ground on the dash panel to see if it's tight. Could be a loose ground.
