btwn formula and fountain there have been 141 hits since posting.

and 3 serious people of interest, who have expressed interest enough for listing info. to be forwarded.

one guy e-mailed me from boat trader and stated "i wished i had known about you before bank repo'ed my boat." quote!

listing w/realtor was canceled today by me as it had run out.

south of property is mcdowell mtn park. never to be built on. 2 miles north tonto national forest.

and the best part! no hurri-kanes/earthquakes and you can THROW YOUR SNOWBLOWER AWAY and live outside 365 days a year.

you'll be thinking of this real damn hard next time 6 feet of snow blows up yer backside, the earthquake splits yer house in two, and the hurri-kane blows yer boat a 100 feet out of your slip into your favorite bar and the local beer distributor is looted! LOL!
