Default wanting a f302 need more info

did they come with 260hp big blocks or 330hp motors?
what were the gps speeds of these boats?

are the TRS drives with SS props any good, and how do they work? im just famailiar with bravos

at least 330's ..... maybe 420's ....the TRS are stout drives but part supplies are getting smaller ....

They ussually came with 330's and TRS drives. Some had Borge Warners early ones had Merc Transmisions. You can beat the holly hell out of the drive and not likely break them with that power. There is still a good parts supply for most things on TRS drives.

no thanks on the 311 but thanks anyways.....

what height garage door opening would i need for a f302 when its on the trailer you think?

aidiofn, i see you have a 79, do you like it and what power do you have, whats the top speed?

A friend has his fresh water 302 for sale on boattrader.com. A Lake Ontario boat located in Upstate New York( Rochester area)that has been extensively maintained. Will be a hell of deal for someone.

Sorry been out of town for a while. Mine back when it was running was about a 60 mph boat, maybe on a good day. Ride is fantastic! IMO if you can swing the extra money get the 311 as it is newer, better layed out boat. When mine is done in another hundred years the only thing left will be the hull. Stringers, cockpit, interior, engines, drives, you name it will all by custom. I also have a 311 and if you take them as stock the 311 is better in almost every way but ride.
